As a leading hi-tech distributor, it is our responsibility to keep our customers abreast of the latest technological advances. We accomplish this feat through the dedication of our Customer Support Team. The team is actually a collaboration of many sub-teams whose sole purpose is to ensure a perfect solution to every situation you may encounter. The team is comprised of: Outside Sales Support, Outside Technical Support, Inside Technical Support, Inside Customer Service and a 24-hour emergency response system.
Because it is not possible to have our product specialists available at a moment’s notice, we have put together a team of inside technical support people to assist customers who need immediate attention. Not unlike our outside product managers, our inside team receives the same industry training and can provide many of the same pre and post support functions.
