100% customer satisfaction is what we strive for everyday and at the core of that satisfaction is our customer service team. At Revere, we promote a “team” environment where our customer service department, regardless of the location, can rely on one another for support. Every member of the team is designated a manufacturer for which they will become the lead. As lead, that person is responsible for incorporating training, new product launches, and can be considered the company “expert” on that manufacturer. The process has evoked collaboration among the team and has proven to be extremely beneficial to our customers.
Our customer service department is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We also have a
24-hour emergency service number, which can be used during non-office hours.
